"The taste and soul of every Italian dish are of utmost importance to me. Here, I will have the opportunity to fondly revisit my grandmother’s recipes — she was a cook and the one who instilled in me a passion for this craft."
In the summer of 2025, Luigi began his collaboration with Novikov Group, leading the pop-up project Luigi’s Garden. As of January 2026, Luigi has taken on the role of Brand Chef at Cantinetta Antinori.
Luigi's professional background is impressive: after his studies and initial career steps in Italy, Luigi refined his craft in the Channel Islands (UK) before moving to Tokyo for four years to work at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Sadler. He later returned to Italy, where he spent many years as a sous-chef at several iconic establishments:
Il Pellicano (2 Michelin stars), Piccolo Lago (2 Michelin stars), and Villa Crespi (3 Michelin stars).
