The Antinori 700-year-old family-owned wine house is one of the main characters of the Italian wine breakthrough in the 70s of the last century. The Cantinetta Antinori is a restaurant for food and wine, the children of the fertile land and generous sun of Tuscany.
The interior of the restaurant brings together the house and the wine cellar, and even the landscape. Guests enter the Cantinetta Antinori through the summer veranda with wicker furniture and living trees – a place where it’s always pleasant to celebrate numerous family holidays. The main hall has light-coloured walls, dark furniture and lots of pictures – a classic of the style.
The centre of attraction here is the open kitchen – a symbol of home and a place of major events.
Mauro Panebyanko, the Chef de cuisine of the Cantinetta Antinori restaurant, knows for sure that cooking is a grace and gratitude to nature for its bounty.
Reverence for the traditions and understanding of modernity, simplicity in design and imagination in taste– together they form the amazing combination of clarity and identity.
The restaurant was opened on May 15, 2004.
